Description

FT-NIR Liquid Analyzer with homogenizer pump in the sampling module

Rugged NIR analyzer for sampling and measurements of liquid samples such as milk and liquid dairy products or other types of liquids andor alcoholic solutions consisting of a sampling unit and a designated FT-NIR spectrometer.
The sampling module is equipped with a sipper, a homogenizer pump, a peristaltic pump and cleaning capability including two built-in containers for cleaning solutions. Samples should be pumpable, contain only particles up to 0.5mm and be rinseable with the given cleaning solution.
The FT-NIR spectrometer consists of a heatable sampling slot for analysis of liquid samples in a transmission flow cell (IN415QX-01) at temperatures between 20 and 80 °C allowing quality control and method development.
As an alternative to the flow cell, the spectrometer can also be operated with special disposable glass vials IN430 (which are not pumped by the sample unit!) to measure and analyze edible oils and fats and thus perform an extended analysis in addition to the pumped products.
The ROCKSOLID interferometer comes with a 10-years warranty on the moving parts, as well as on the laser diode.
The analyzer comes with the easy-to-use control software OPUSINSIGHT for control and a user-friendly and automated sample analysis. The INSIGHT software already includes OQU-R (OCONFO-N or OID-R)
