FT-NIR Spectrometer MPA III Flexible NIR spectrometer for method development and quality control. The spectrometer is equipped with a heatable sampling slot for analysis of samples in transmission and a liquid sampling module for automated measurement of liquid samples in transmission flow cells. The module is equipped with a sipper, a homogenizer, a peristaltic pump and cleaning capability incl. two built-in containers for cleaning solutions. The homogenizer valve needs yearly exchange (LSMII-H-SV). Additionally, it is equipped with an integrating sphere module with horizontal sample position and large analysis area for powders and pasty samples (incl. internal, automatically positioned gold coated reference for background measurements). A sample spinner with 97mm diameter and an adaptation for Petri dishes enable easy placement and measurement of solid and pasty samples on the integrating sphere. This package includes easy to use control software for a user-friendly and automated quantification. OPUSQUANT allows calibration setup based on multivariate analysis (PLS).
