FT-NIR process spectrometer for emission measurements
Compact and rugged FT-NIR analyzer for online quality and process control with an integrated
NIR sensor head for non-contact measurement.
The ROCKSOLID interferometer has a 10-year warranty on the moving components and the
long-life laser diode. The system is IP65 rated against dust or water.
A thermo-electrically cooled, high sensitivity InGaAs detector is built into the instrument.
Required for control of the spectrometer optics and for signal processing is an external
PC-based data system (also available in a 19" rack).
Optional IO modules allow communication with a process control system
