Allergen-Shield Mustard, A1848A1896, is an immunoassay method that determines soy residues in food products labeled as soy-free. The ELISA kit contains all reagents re-quired for the immunoassay method. The ELISA test is adequate for 9648 definitions (standards are included). A spectrophotometer for microtiter ELISA plate is required.
