Allergen-Shield Sesame, A2248A2296, is an immu-noassay method that determines sesame residues in food products labeled as sesame-free. The ELISA kit contains all reagents required for the immunoassay method. The ELISA test is adequate for 4896 defini-tions (standards are included). A spectrophotometer for microtiter ELISA plate is required.
